Britz & Company uses only the Gas Tungsten Arc or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process providing the strongest bond with the lowest heat resulting in the highest quality precision weld. TIG welds are clean and debris free resulting in smoother, stronger components. Craftsmanship in assembly of the Britz & Company product is key. THE MATERIALS ADVANTAGE

  • All compartment frames are seam welded on all four sides for maximum lifetime strength, and to minimize growth and harborage of vermin and bacteria.
  • Britz & Company offers a variety of flooring materials to optimize each animal care situation.
  • Aligned-fiber fiberglass grated-style flooring is available providing ultimate flexibility in grate spacing for ease of cleaning and animal comfort. Fiberglass grated flooring is light weight for ease of handling, and thermo-neutral for animal comfort.
  • Composite materials are available which provide thermo-neutral surfaces for animal comfort and eye pleasing designs for improved environments for animals and technicians.
  • Britz & Company offers both plate and stem type casters giving the user the opportunity to optimize the compartment for the size of the animal and the amount and type of compartment movement required. Casters are stainless steel and maintenance free, where ever possible.
  • Compartment panels can be standard wire mesh or stainless steel to accommodate animal size requirements, or composite materials which reduce noise significantly, provide thermo-neutral surfaces for animals, and offer eye catching designs for technicians and animals.
